Traditional Alcove Units, Primed Finish
These two alcove units were for a beautiful semi-detached terrace house in South West London, full of period features and charm. One of the key features with these was the fluted columns either side of the bookshelf. The bookshelves also had rebates cut in the underside for led to be fitted
The pictures below show the cabinetry with a primed finish, soon to be painted with an eggshell top coat. The doors of the cabinets are frame and panel Tulip wood. there are Tulip wood features throughout the project. The pieces are capped with an ornate cornice moulding.
